"Due to the lack of facilities people migrate to places like Choglamsar. Now, in Choglamsar they neither have a home nor land so they work as porters there but they are not able to work as efficiently because they would not have the required skills. As they belong to this village they do not have any knowledge of the life there. They do not fit in there. They can never compete with the locals there."
